MKS:
The Esprit EZU Superior is a modern reimagining of the traditional pedal, purpose-built for steel bicycles. With a distinctive blocky form and a more angular design than classic pedals, it delivers a contemporary look without compromising function. Its one-piece alloy cage is fully replaceable, offering long-term durability and easy maintenance with standard tools.
Compared to the MKS Sylvan, the Esprit design positions the pedal body slightly further from the crank. This allows for a touch of flex, helping smooth out vibrations on rough roads—making it a great choice for long-distance touring or city riding.
The patented Ezy Superior system allows for safe, rapid, tool-free pedal removal—ideal for folding bikes, bikes with couplers, or for commuters using public transport. It’s a popular upgrade that adds real convenience and ride quality to travel-ready setups.
